1. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
Saad-covers.com makes every effort to provide high quality services. However, cases of errors in prices and secondary products cannot be excluded and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no interruptions in the operation of the website or "human" errors when updating / indicating the price of a product. For the safety and efficiency of your purchases, we invite you if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price compared to its market value, before proceeding with the order, to contact the Customer Service Department at 210 7019012 or via the contact form.
We also recommend that before making purchases from our online store you visit the help & terms of use section, where you will find useful information about the process and how to purchase products.
After placing your order you will receive an automated e-mail which will indicate the details of your order. After the processing of the order by the online shopping department of saad-covers.com, you will receive the second and confirmation e-mail with the products that will be sent to you. From this point the contract between us is concluded.
In case your order is pending, you will be sent a corresponding e-mail. Alternatively, we will contact you at the phone numbers you have given us during registration or order entry on our site.
There is no way to deactivate these updates, the sending of which is a prerequisite for the correct progress of your order. We invite you to ensure that these e-mails can reach you and that you keep them throughout the duration of our transaction. It is your obligation, in the event that you do not receive the relevant e-mails, in accordance with the general conditions governing our transactions, to inform us without delay. Your products shall be delivered as soon as possible and in any case in a time not exceeding that which we have specified per product, from the conclusion of the contract.
2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DISTANCE PURCHASES
In the case of purchases made remotely (e.g. via the Internet), you can return a product and we will refund the price if you notify us in writing via the contact form or by calling our Customer Service Department at 210 7019012 within 20 calendar days of receipt of the product by you or a third party you indicate. Products that we manufacture to order will only be returned when the following apply: Products are defective or the product is not as specified when ordered. If you order a batch of products, the time limit starts at the time you receive the last product in the batch or at the completion of the last supply in the case of periodic supplies. Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal you are obliged to return the product to us in the original as new condition in which it was delivered to you or to provide us with clear and indisputable evidence that you have sent it safely within 20 calendar days of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by you and within the same period we are obliged to refund any amounts you have paid to us using the payment method which you had chosen to pay us the price. Where you have paid by payment card we will proceed immediately to instruct the card issuer and we will not be liable for any delays in crediting the price to you that are not attributable to us.
2a. ORDER CANCELLATION
You are entitled to cancel an order under the very specific conditions below:
- If the online order (checkout) has not been completed, you can cancel the process by pressing the back button on your browser.
- In case the online order (checkout) has been completed, please contact a representative of our company, in order to inform you further about the procedure to be followed. Your order may be cancelled provided that it has not already been processed by the company. Due to the fact that our products are manufactured to order and are not in stock, it is not possible to cancel an order if the production process has started.
There is no right to cancel the order except in the above cases.
All products returned to the store are subject to a meticulous quality control.
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to check carefully at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects. In the event that a defect is found during quality control on the returned product, the company must contact the consumer to resolve the issue and reserves the right to refuse to accept the exchange or return of the product in question.
The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the handling of the goods other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We are not liable and will not compensate a consumer or give effect to a withdrawal in the event that damage to the goods has been caused by the consumer's fault or in the event of use which exceeds that which is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts. If the shipping costs of returning the product exceed the cost of universal postal service, they are not covered by saad-covers.com and are borne by the customer.
3. SUPPLIER'S LIABILITY AND WARRANTY. SELLER'S LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS.
The producer of any product you buy is liable for any damage caused by a defect in his product. Any agreement to limit or release the producer from liability is void. Claims against the producer for damages are barred three years after the injured party has been informed or should have been informed of the damage, the defect and the identity of the producer. After ten years from the marketing of the product in question, the injured party's rights against the producer are extinguished. In case of doubt as to the identity of the producer of a product purchased from us, please inform us.
Every consumer durable good is accompanied by a written guarantee from the manufacturer of the product or the company that imported the product into the EU or the company that puts its marks on the product, claiming to be the manufacturer (hereinafter "the Supplier"). Please pay particular attention to the terms of the guarantee provided by the Supplier and to the other accompanying documents and information that the Supplier is responsible for including in the products, in particular those relating to information on safe use and maintenance. In particular, we emphasise the following:
In application of the above provisions, saad-covers.com, as long as it is a Supplier of a product, as defined above, will provide you with all possible assistance in fulfilling the terms of the Supplier's warranty, at no charge to you. This is independent of any out-of-warranty maintenance services that we may, on a case-by-case basis, provide to you at the applicable charge.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION
Without limiting the provisions of Article 9, the cancellation of the order can be made in the following cases: before the order is completed, during the online ordering process you can go back and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the "remove" button. If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped you can call 210 7019012 and one of our associates will take care of the cancellation of your order. After receiving the product, call us at 210 7019012 or contact us through the contact form on the website, explaining the reason why you wish to cancel the order. One of our associates will assist you immediately and inform you of all your options. If your order has already been invoiced and you wish to cancel it, please contact the Customer Service Department at 210 7019012 and provide your order details. However, the status of the order will not change on your account page.
5. ORDER/DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS/SHIPPING COSTS
As soon as you place your order, the following message is displayed (example): "YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETED. YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED. Your order number is 71643. Please check your e-mail. We have sent you a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order."
Delivery dates and times:
The delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 17:00 pm for Athens*, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa and throughout Crete (Heraklion, Chania, Lassithi and Rethymnon). For the rest of Greece, the delivery times of the respective Transport Company apply.
6. ORDER DELAY
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
The product has been delayed to be shipped from our supplier: In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers either domestic or international. However, there are occasions when an order may get "stuck" in customs or in transit, so we may not have it in our warehouse when we expect it. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you would like us to deliver the order without this product or suggest an alternative. We will send you this item as soon as we receive it in our warehouses.
The product you ordered has already been discontinued and is not available. In periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
In case it is impossible to contact you by telephone and/or e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because, for example, your details you have entered are not correctly updated. In any case, the delay shall not exceed thirty days from the conclusion of the contract.
7. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Motorcycling is an inherently dangerous activity, which can lead to physical injury or death.
Saad Upholstery products are designed and manufactured to offer aesthetic or practical improvement. Any modification of components on your motorcycle, including the saddle, may be contrary to the manufacturer's terms of use. Riders must always wear appropriate protective equipment when riding. Each rider should be aware that they are solely responsible for their decision to use our product, and any injury case is not related to the use of our products. Saad Upholstery disclaims all liability for injuries resulting from the use of one of its products. Any selection and use of our products is at your own risk.
